Know what to expect

Credentials.
Scope.
Clear answers.

A few useful answers before you choose an inspection.

Does every inspector hold the same qualifications?

Qualifications belong to the individual named on a license or certification. Our inspectors have different credentials and areas of experience. INSPEXTRO coordinates the appropriate inspector for the requested service. Meet our team or contact our company to confirm the qualifications relevant to your appointment.

Does a home inspection include a mold assessment?

A home inspection and a mold assessment have different scopes. A standard inspection may document visible moisture concerns, but it does not automatically include a dedicated mold assessment or laboratory sampling. Explore mold assessments and confirm the assessment scope and any samples before booking.

How do I know which inspection service to book?

Tell our company the property type, location and your main concerns. We can confirm the appropriate inspection, its scope and pricing. You can also use our service finder or contact INSPEXTRO for assistance.

Where can I see what your reports look like?

Explore our sample reports to see how observations, photographs and recommendations are presented. Confirm the report and scope appropriate for your requested service with our company.
