Before you book

A few things worth knowing.

Can a commercial inspection tell me whether the space is approved for my business?

A visual condition inspection does not verify permits, occupancy classifications, zoning, fire-code compliance or licensing requirements. Discuss those needs separately with the relevant authorities and qualified professionals.

What if the building is occupied or some areas are locked?

Coordinate with the owner, tenants or property manager before the appointment. Confirm permission for agreed spaces, roof access and utility rooms. Inaccessible areas will limit the scope and may require a separate visit or further evaluation.

Are environmental testing and specialist systems automatically included?

No. Discuss mold assessment, sampling, sewer cameras, oil tank scans and any other specialist work before booking. Elevators, fire-protection certification, commercial process equipment and environmental assessments require a separately confirmed scope or an appropriate specialist.

How is the fee determined?

Building size, location, use, number of units or tenant spaces, access and requested services can affect the fee. The website calculator is an approximate guide; contact our company for a confirmed commercial quote.
