Commercial buildings need inspections just like any other type of property, so call us today to set up yours.
Radon

Imaging

Assessment
-
Mold assessment reviews visible suspect growth and moisture conditions. Sampling and laboratory analysis, when included, support the documented findings.
Parapet
Inspections
-
NYC requires annual observations for parapets fronting the public right-of-way, with exemptions. Confirm the requirements that apply to your building before booking.
Roof
Inspection
-
Our Roof Inspection Services provide a comprehensive evaluation of your roof’s condition, identifying issues like leaks, missing shingles, and structural concerns. Whether for routine maintenance, home purchases, storm damage, or insurance requirements, we deliver detailed reports with photos to support claims, policy renewals, and overall roof assessments.
Condominium & Cooperative
Inspection
-
Our Condo and Co-op Inspections provide a thorough evaluation of individual units to identify potential issues. We assess interior systems, structural concerns, moisture intrusion, and other key components.
Four-Point
Inspection
-
A Four-Point Inspection is a detailed assessment focusing on the four major systems of a home roof, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC, which includes heating, ventilation, and air conditioning. Many insurance providers require this inspection for older homes to evaluate their overall condition and potential risks.
Water Intrusion
Inspection
-
A comprehensive assessment to identify moisture entry points, leaks, and potential water damage, helping prevent structural issues and mold growth.
Pre-Listing
Inspection

A proactive evaluation of a home’s condition before listing, identifying potential issues to help sellers make repairs, enhance marketability, and ensure a smoother transaction.

We inspect your sewer line using advanced camera technology to identify blockages, cracks, root intrusion, and other potential issues before they become costly repairs.

What to Expect from Your Inspection Services
Whether you are buying, selling or maintaining your home, Inspextro provides professional and quality inspection services from the moment you call us. Our certified home inspectors will walk through your home with you and teach you as much as you want to learn. We strictly follow the Standards of Practice for home inspectors established by InterNACHI, the leading home inspection association.
After we walk through the home together, we will explain the general condition of the home and systems with you and your agent. We will talk through any major issues that need to be addressed sooner rather than later. We will also mention the items that you will want to keep an eye on for deferred maintenance. All of this will be detailed in our easy-to-read Spectora report, which will be delivered in HTML and/or PDF format. From that report, you will be able to see the items we discussed, with images for reference.
